Such behavior includes breaking the laws of the countries in MIASA Group's scope of operation, particularly in terms of child labor, respect for universal human rights and non-discrimination commitments of any kind.
MIASA Group expressly prohibits the acceptance or toleration of bribery or any other form of influencing decisions or business relationships. Furthermore, any gift or gratuity exceeding simple common business courtesy must be rejected and reported to management.
